This is the third volume in the series, and Justina Jones is in her third year at school. They're eager for new developments, and they get them: a young girl arrives at the school for the first time and joins the Owls team; the rules are broken once again, and during one of the usual midnight parties in the barn, a supposed ghost appears in the school’s gardens… and, shortly after, one of the students disappears. Justina and her friends must solve the mystery before it’s too late.

Among the values shown are the strengthening of bonds between friends, with tensions and reconciliations that enrich interpersonal relationships. What stands out is the understanding between the protagonists of different ages and social backgrounds. Courage and determination in the face of danger are also clearly evident.

This third installment has shades of a young adult detective novel. It blends mystery, affection, adventure, and an unpredictable plot.

Recommended for young readers and adults who appreciate suspenseful storytelling and want to disconnect from their routine and enjoy a pleasant read.
