The author explains that the leadership he promotes is based on virtues, especially the cardinal ones. Leadership is not a technique, it is an educated character trait that enables the protagonist to exercise leadership.

Several friends encouraged him to write his life and, after delaying the project, he submitted to the printer this text, in which he traces his ancestors, French, Georgian and Russian. He was fortunate that his grandmother Nina taught him Russian and encouraged him to read the great writers: Tolstoy, Chekhov and others little known in Spain. That moment was a turning point in his life. When he finished high school, his parents gave him the gift of a trip; he chose the Holy Land as the destination. There something marked his life. He studied law in Paris and a friend of his put him in contact with an Opus Dei center attended by other students like him. Learning about the works of Josemaría Escrivá was a blow to his soul. He traveled to the USSR during the years of communism, visited Fatima, lived in Finland with other faithful of Opus Dei and years later settled in Russia. His life is like a box of surprises; although he sanctifies the ordinary, as he has learned from the spirit of Opus Dei, perhaps because of his life trajectory and his character, he embarks on magnanimous projects. He knows Lejeune and Solzhenitsyn.

Reading this book opens horizons. For a believer, not only human but also supernatural. In any case, a reader open to ideals will draw fruit from this reading.
