A group of parents decide to spend the summer together with their children in the middle of nature. This is the origin of this strange allegory that presents the stark and absurd struggle between parents and children, two opposing worlds, without communication between them, with a contempt of young people towards their parents who present a desolate and incomprehensible image of frivolity and alcoholism. From the beginning the children make their lives apart and, in fact, decide not to know who is the father of whom. The events follow one after the other, the climate change that cannot be missing in an award-winning and politically correct novel does the rest to lead to a social catastrophe with serious personal tragedies.
As if anything were missing, and this gives the title to the story, a nine year old boy, without any religious form, finds one of those bibles prepared for children and immediately interprets the sacred book, thus with a pantheistic vision, God is nature, Jesus Christ is science and the Holy Spirit is action. Disappointing approach, full of clichés, devoid of sense that destroys the family on principle, giving rise to characters without intellectual level, with the appearance of some good people, called angels, without much significance because they leave where they had entered. Disappointing and absurd apocalypse difficult to imagine, not even in the worst of dreams.
