Bruce Cable owns a bookstore on Camino Island, Florida; but his real business is dealing rare books in the black market. Mercer is a writer who needs some money to live, and she recieves a great deal for knowing better Bruce's secrets. But eventually she learns too much, and gets involved in an action and intrigue adventure. It has some explicit sexual passage, but otherwise, is a pretty good story.
