The book is a journey of advice, teachings, and emotional, mental, and above all, spiritual postulates. It constantly offers doses of belief in God the Father and His Son Jesus Christ, as well as gratitude for all that He has given us in our lives. Interestingly, at no point does it mention His mother, the Virgin Mary.

In the chapters, much emphasis is placed on strengthening faith and closing the door to doubt, suggesting that it is the cure and antidote to failure and depression. The author expresses ideas, opinions, and advice interactively, proposing small practical exercises in each chapter.

The entire book is a celebration of healthy self-esteem, which allows us to give and receive, coinning the term "self-esteem trafficker." The advice is abundant, full of energy, humor, and wit, stirring the spirit.
