El autor nos da algunas claves para lograr conseguir el recogimiento en la oración mental, y así estar mejor dispuestos para distinguir la Voluntad de Dios en ese momento exclusivo que tenemos con Él.
El libro es muy útil no solo para los principiantes sino también para quienes llevan muchos años practicándo diariamente ese coloquio divino, ya que abre horizontes anteriormente desconocidos lo que permite mejorar en ese diálogo que se tiene con Dios en la oración mental.
