Sequel of Junia, a novel about the first Christians, written by the same author. The protagonist is Marcus, Junia's brother, who returns to Rome from Alexandria shortly after the martyrdom of his sister. The novel shows how the early Christians changed pagan society; how social and family relationships are intertwined with friendship and betrayal, prejudice and loyalty, while those who take the "Way" make decisions that define their lives and change forever the world in which they live.
