Jason, Piper and Leo are three demigods that suddenly find themselves in Camp Half-Blood, with a prophecy lying on their shoulders. However, with the help of some well-known friends and their own capacities, they will find out the importance of putting behind your own interests in behalf of others. Themes like friendship and courage are well presented, as the three main characters face different challenges along their journey. The language is simple, and the story follows the usual style of Rick Riordan as having great sense of humour. Highly recommended for middle school readers.
