Great political thriller from the master of suspense. It is No. 5 of the Camel Club saga, the author's most emblematic series.
Oliver Stone has been struggling for decades to leave behind his past as a hired government hitman. He has lived a quiet time in his Mount Zion home. The President of the United States asks him to carry out a mission that changes everything after a bomb explodes in front of the White House. Now his job is to find out who is responsible. He has the help of Mary Chapman, sent by the British M16 and of course the FBI. His friends from the Camel Club insist on helping him. Will he succeed in catching the man responsible?

It is one of his best novels of intrigue, spies, doubts, murders, difficult -almost impossible- missions, traps, betrayals. Nothing is what it seems. It is an enjoyable read, but those who are not familiar with the author may be confused if they are not very careful with all the details. This work unlike most of the author's books is clean, decent, has no sensual scenes or violent descriptions.
