Karl Moore has done extensive research on and has had actual contact with Millenials and GenZers. He has taught at Cambridge, Oxford and McGill university, and also coaches.
Karl explains why Millenials and GenZers think the way they do and he recommends some management principles in dealing with them in the workplace.
This work is very helpful for understanding the milieu that today's generation has grown up in. The principles can be applied to any situation in which one has to manage or deal with Millenials and GenZers, be it in the workplace or classroom.
