Book number 2 of The Accelerati trilogy, after Tesla's Attic.

After having saved the world in extremis from its complete destruction, Nick, Caitlin and their friends continue to search for the sold objects from Nick's attic. They have already ascertained that probably all of them, each one with its strange properties, are part of a larger structure, which is what the Accelerati are looking for: the solution to supply the world with electrical energy, free of charge and continuously. Their enemies will not stop in their attempt to stop Nick, and Petula will always try to difficult the youngsters' progress, as well as prevent the relationship between Nick and Caitlin.

The action continues to be entertaining, with a point of fantasy and a point of reality, bringing world physics closer to younger readers, always at a level that is well understood. Otherwise it is clear who are the good guys and who are the bad guys, making it clear that acting badly leads to an increasingly misguided and unhappy life.
