God wants all men to be saved. But many people who are presently engaged in a multitude of businesses do not seem to have much interest in their own salvation. It does not even seem that this vital question is at the top of the concerns of many of those who call themselves Catholics today.
In line with the words of Christ himself in the Gospel, this book offers all readers, and especially young people, some reflections, as clear and demanding as they are full of affection, on important questions of Christian life: the growing lack of faith in the world and the urgency for Christians to bear witness above all with their lives; the need for penance and to always do God's will, not our own; the importance of seeking and promoting the true peace of Christ (which has little to do with what the world understands by peace); generosity and dedication; filial trust in God.
