Autobiographical account presented in a novel format, of the life of the author, a North Korean woman who undergoing many mishaps for a long time, moves to the other Korea to live there. The book has three chapters. The first one covers her childhood and adolescence. The second one, her life in China. And the third one her arrival to South Korea. A very interesting novel that portrays very well the values and life of the two countries.
