A thriller about the future of the digital age and a critique of our times. In 2035 there are no printed books, newspapers or magazines. Rob has grown up in an interconnected world and works for a big corporation that digitalizes any printed document that is discovered. Rob’s orderly life is changed when he discovers the Secret League of Books, a forbidden organization of booksellers, translators, writers and publishers who have lost their jobs and are forced to live clandestinely. Through the League, Rob discovers the reality hidden behind the virtual world that is all he has known. After witnessing the death of his best friend he joins forces with those fighting the unequal battle to defend the knowledge and ideas contained in printed books.
