Harvey is a ten year old boy who falls by accident into the sea during a boat trip, and is saved by a fishing boat. He has to spend a season on board before he can return to port. He will live adventures and will learn to fight for the betterment, and also to make an effort and to be brave in front of the bitter experiences that await him.
